- J. Picciocchi (spelling?), after encouraging everyone to enjoy the coffee and cookies she brought, stated that she would like to see the commercial venues law passed. She brought out one of the town’s zoning maps in which all properties eligible to hold commercial events was highlighted with black tape (see below for picture). She stated that gentrification is causing people to have to move or subdivide farms; people who have been here for generations have an opportunity to generate profit from their land. She also stated that barns and old buildings are expensive to maintain and without a money generating purpose it is hard to justify renovating them. She believes this law would help people do that and help her and her husband fulfill their dream of moving here full time.
- It was verified that the new streetlights are here. The board is now waiting on National Grid.
